After School Bible Clubs are one of the founding activities of the CBM Camp Gilead ministry. We are pleased to be able to continue to offer them today.
How does a Bible Club work?
One day per week children are picked from their school or home and transported to our designated club location, where they can enjoy a variety of activities including game time, snack time, Bible memory verses, and a Bible lesson. The clubs are expertly led by the dedicated Camp Gilead missionary staff, along with trained and approved volunteers, and also include CBM Interns who are eager to help. Generally, the Bible clubs take place from 3 PM to 5 PM, although this may vary somewhat depending on the specific school’s dismissal time. These engaging Bible clubs are held once a week and align with the school calendar, ensuring consistent participation throughout the year. Best of all, there is no cost associated with attending. Additionally, Bible clubbers have the exciting opportunity to participate in the Bible Lessons Program, which includes a summer camp scholarship program that offers the potential to earn a significant discount or even a free week of camp, making it an enriching experience for all involved.
Registration is now closed, but will open again in September 2025
